Guest guest Posted June 19, 2011 Report Share Posted June 19, 2011 Hi all, I not only wish other's happy father's day and say I am grateful for my own father, son in law and the father's of my family before them but I would like to say on this forum a huge thank you to my adopted father here at, Bob Himes. He has adopted me as well as many as his daughter's and son's after losing one of his, and his wife Carole's, children to Still's many years ago. Dad, you are wise, funny, inspirational and such a strength for me. I always miss you if I haven't heard from you and think of you daily as I look at you and Mom's picture on my desk. I think of you as I see those paperweights, dragons and militaria. I am so excited when you call and I feel it's a special day. I treasure the times when we reunite at our conferences and get those long awaited hugs in person. Thank you Dad for being all you are to me. I am proud you have made me your daughter.
