Salaries for Directors of Rehab (east coast)

I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I am looking into accepting a Director position in Upstate NY. There are about 20+ employees (out patient, in patient, and SNF, as well as we are expanding out pt services to a 2nd location). Could you give me a rough idea of salaries for this type of position (east coast). Thank you!
