Guest guest Posted November 2, 2009 Report Share Posted November 2, 2009 , I just started Burbur this weekend so don't have much to report but I wanted to mention that Dr. LC says in the short video clips about each Nutramedix herb that adding Pinella to Burbur makes it much more effective and that he recommends combining the two. That video link was posted just a few days ago (here) and it is so helpful. I was fortunate to see the one about Takuna helping the flu right before my son got it. I think seperating them by 30 minutes or so should be enough though. Sorry i quickly looked for the chart and didnt see it. Buts its out there if one were to look hard. It also was just put out my nutramedix i think a month ago, so it is new and many practitioners aren't aware of it yet. I, and some others, have found that higher doses of burbur are sometimes even more helpful then the dosage outlined on the bottle. A friend of mine has been in contact with Nutramedix and they say the dosage on the bottle is all the higher one needs to go but when we have taken sometimes huge doses like 60-90 drops at a time we get even BETTER results.
