CLAY FOR INTERNAL USE:

I have been using clay for a LONG time and love it. Here is the very BEST clay

for internal use. http://www.greenclays.com/clay-supplements.php I wonder if he

is going to sell this in smaller amounts. He sells his product for others to

repackage/resale at a MUCH higher price. There are many types of clay and they

all respond differently. I am using the three clay blend.

Here is a page that explains how to use clay internally.

http://www.eytonsearth.org/drinking-clay-internal-use.php

Clay has been my 'go to' for just about everything external from insect bites

and acne to sprained ankles. http://www.eytonsearth.org has been mentioned here

already, but it is worth rementioning for info.

DIATAMATIOUS EARTH:

Food DE is not the same thing as the DE used in swimming pool filters. Pool

grade DE is Diatomaceous Earth produced for pool filters and it is treated with

heat, causing the formerly amorphous silicon dioxide to assume crystalline form.

Pool grade DE should never be used for ingestion or pest control.

I found this on a site for D.E. Pool Filters It shows how well DE works for

removing toxins.

Diatomaceous earth (D.E.) is mined and is the fossilized exoskeletons of tiny

diatoms. They are used to coat " grids " in the filter housing and act as tiny

sieves allowing for the removal of debris as small as 5 microns. D.E. filters

trap debris as small as 2 - 5 microns.

I bought this, the shipping is as much as the DE, BUT ~$1 a pound is pretty dang

good and I have given a lot of it away and use it in my garden as well.

thanks Judy for your sources. I'm doing really Great w/ my home-made Kaopectate

from green clay. Working my way up slowly to the detox dose of 1/4 cup 2z per

day... judging by the toilet results. Only up to 2tbs at bedtime, but my

hopeless sinuses are starting to clean out, and I did not get bound up. One day

I had a harder-than-usual movement, but I backed down my dose and went slower.

Definitely worth it to try again even if you've blown $$ on ineffective products

in the past. Can hardly believe how well this works now after so much failure.

DE alone bound me up, and made me hurt so bad I had to stop. It was the

food-grade fine powder you mention. In this blend it may hurt for 30 minutes

and then it goes away. Powerful stuff. --tls

A magnesium supplement of some sort may help keep the BM on schedule.

Mag oxide, mag citrate, etc.

yes I added a bit of Mag to the formula for insurance, All by itself it doesn't

help very much.

But this is a magic formula for my difficult colon. Why exactly I cannot say

.... tls

V

V

Clay is the main ingredient, and from there I add all into the bottle and shake

well. Refrigerate.. 1-2 swigs per day swished around the mouth and then

swallowed. If wanting clay only, add 1/4 cup to liquid. Pectin et al will

thicken more and make up for the lowered amt of clay. DE gives a bit of grit,

and can be lowered or omitted. Make up a smaller batch and adjust to your

body's liking before you decide its not for you.

16 oz Liquid --- (magnetized if you have it) water, coffee, juice or a

mix of such

2 oz Clay powder (appx 1/8- 1/4 cup) start low and you can always add

more

1 TBS Pectin powder (1/4c if using liquid)

1/2 tsp DE (optional)

1 tsp Charcoal

1 tsp Sugar (sweetener of choice, if needed)

I added a small magnesium chloride flake just because I bind up so easily. 1/2

tsp Mag Oil or splash of Milk of Magnesia are other options.

From here I wd taste and see it you like it. Flavor options:

1/8 tsp Cinnamon and/or .. a bit of vanilla or almond extract go well w/

the 'chocolate' theme.

Belly Gelly uses cinnamon and stevia, which tastes okay. In coffee its

downright wonderful after marinating a couple days.
