Hey! I just got home the store and all the way there I was thinking

about the capsules ect.. I really think you need to have a positive

and optimistic attitude. I decided I can't let this worry me. Worry

just causes stress. I've got a great family, a good life. I'm going

to focus on the positives. I'm going to work out hard. Exercise

lifts our mood. I've always been a very healthy eater. I always talk

to my kids about eating good. They always whine and say can't we

have sugar ceral sometimes! I try to buy all there " snacks " from the

health section. I also make my own crackers out of flax , wheat

germ, oatmeal, ect.. You can even freeze them. I used to sell them

to people at work. I peeled my bandages off today to! The incisions

look really good. I woul dn't worry about how yours are. I bet in

time they will look great. When I bend over mine look a little

hollow on the sides. I'm hoping they will fill out. They were high

and pushed to the sides. It's so much easier to shave under my arms

now! I never really had any cleavage. I feel now that they are soft,

I will have a little bit more. I ended up pretty much a B cup. I

went to work yesterday for the first time. I have admit I was a

little self-conscious. I forgot how much I use my arms.I stilled

faked my neck and back really hurt. I missed 3 days of work before

my explant so it worked great! I work directly in the OR, so I have

to move patients, retract with instruments, adjust lights ect.. I

did take it really easy. Anyway , Have a great 4th of July
