Kenda, I am confused. Are you a member of saline support/silicone support just not to get implants and you continually read our stories to keep inspiring you over and over not to get implants? Why do you like to keep reading our stories of pain and torture if you aren't going through the pain of implants yourself?

Just curious. When you said " I love to read all of your emails, I am convinced over and over again how foolish it would be" it made me wonder. I don't want to get jumped on by anyone on this question. I am asking a serious question.

I understand how you feel. I am so disappointed that I won’t/can’t implant myself. From time to time I have a glimmer of a thought that everything would be ok, that’s one of the reasons I love to read all of your emails, I am convinced over and over again how foolish it would be.

I have a great bra that I bought at Nordstrom that is made by Felina. It has some sort of padding in it yet looks really natural. My sister thought I got breast implants and didn’t tell her. It kind of squishes them together some to give me cleavage too. :) I’m sure other department stores carry Felina.

My daughter is 12 and has such nice rounded breasts. I know I can’t have 12-year old breasts again but it seems that’s what breasts should look like, not 45-year old, after childbirth breasts. :( She’ll be passing me up in cup size any day now too. :( :(

that makes me look rounded & not pointy but yet has alittle padding?

Is this possible? Lately I've been wishing I could've kept my

implants

in, as I hate my smaller breasts :(

What celebs have smaller breasts? What about Crawford or

Charlize Theron? What size are they? A's?

Kenda,

I find it interesting that the teenage breast is the

shape that is promoted as " natural " . . .

It couldn't be that they want everyone else to feel

they are deficient, could it?

I'll have to admit, somewhere in my mind, I sometimes

have feelings that one can't be as loveable with all

the wrinkles and sags that come with age . . . But

then, I look around at our friends and see that really

beauty isn't a physical thing! Real people love each

other, warts and all!

Somebody has been messing with our thinking!

Hugs,

Rogene

Hi Rogene,

It seems like it’s been a gradual shift over several years from accepting women as they age to now, with Extreme Makeover and the like, aging isn’t acceptable at all. That’s one of the things I really like about yoga, it focuses on the real person, not the external person. My yoga teacher once told me that if I ever found myself at a plastic surgeon’s office ready to get implants to call him and he’d come get me. He would have been devastated to get the call.
