Guest guest
Having Kenda on here is a blessing to me....she has been so kind to offer her experiences with healing from fibromyalgia and staying healthy through proper eating and lifestyle. I find her posts very refreshing! It's so nice to have a woman who chose NOT to get implants stay on our side to support us! We need that extra source of strength at times. Ilena is another who never had implants but is a true angel to us. She's been incredible! Kenda, you are an inspiration to me of a smart, smart woman--one who thinks and uses our God given brains to make choices that are best for health, and not to give in to society's pressures to strive to attain a standard of perfection that is not real. I know it's tough seeing implanted women all around and sometimes feeling inadequate...we all go through these feelings, but in the end, it is so empowering to know that we stand strong on principles that are rock solid! God knows us, He knows our hearts, and confirms that we are compassionate, nuturing and very feminine women with a heart that He treasures because we have suffered and are reaching out to others. It's all about the heart...(we are not a pair of boobs!) Patty > Kenda, I am confused. Guest guest
Thank you, Lea. Kenda Why is it that when Rogene or Patty are gone someone starts trouble? We all invited Kenda to stay in this group so that she could help. She has been in this group for a long time and has been doing research for us. We need healthy women who do not have breast implants because they can help give support. Ilena has been our support person for almost 10 years and she does not have breast implants! She is a moderator on this group. Please let us all be loving towards each other....Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` Re: Kenda Hi Patty, Thank you so much for your kind words, they mean so much to me — they truly do. Guest guest
Hi Patty, It scares me but as I expected, my sister hasn't even phoned to make an appointment to get it checked. I have tried to talk to her so I have done all I can do. If she needs me or has questions later on, she'll ask. I'd love for her to spend a day here, reading about all of the problems implants can cause. Maybe she would recognize some in herself. Kenda > Oh Kenda, > This is so sad. Guest guest
I understand, that. I was pretty ill....but evidently not ill enough to qualify for a settlement, since I did not register in the 90s. The rheumatologist told me I have lupus, but would not document it! She only documented 'connective tissue disease'. Who knows.... I'm very frustrated. The rheumatologist even told me she would document it - no problem, she said, because I was so sick and the tests showed lupus. But she didn't! Now my antibody tests dont' look as alarming...except for a consistently high ANA. > >>>>>>>>>>>> Well, I'm in a predicament because me and my husband > >>>>>>>>>>> got > >>>>>>>>>>>> into > >>>>>>>>>>>> an > >>>>>>>>>>>> argument > >>>>>>>>>>>> a few weeks ago, and it was over my looking into > >>>>>>>>>>>> explants. Guest guest
Why didn't the doc document it? It's amazing to see what's really in doctor's notes! Several years ago, my ANA was high too. It was suspected that I had lupus but tests didn't substantiate it so I was diagnosed with fibro instead. The good news is that my ANA is normal and has been for quite some time. Give detoxing and weight loss some time, you may find your ANA completely normal later on. At least you know what triggered your health problems and you rid your body of them. I don't know what happened to me but detoxing and a good diet has kept me healthy. I know Rogene has said this before, but keep a journal, that way you'll see how sick you were and have a comparison. Kenda > I understand, that. I was pretty ill....but evidently not ill enough to > qualify for a > settlement, since I did not register in the 90s.
