Well I was explanted this morning and I have been feeling very good.

I have not taken any pain killers but Dr. M did put me on antibiotics

for 3 days post-surgery. He gave me my implants which were quite

clean actually, I was surprised b/c I had expected black mold. He

said the capsules were hard and that they would become very hard, like

baseballs, in 1-2 years if I hadn't explanted. A bit surprising b/c

they were very soft. At 9AM tomorrow the drains are removed, and I

suppose I will see them, and then maybe not be so cheerful as I am

now. I thank everyone for their support and this forum, without which

I would not have gone through with the operation. S.

Congradulations Sandy!

You made it through - Life begins anew!

Dr. Melmed is wonderful, isn't he? . . . Tell him " Hi "

from Rogene!

Are you planning on sending your implants to Dr.

Blais? The only way to know what is inside your

implants is to have them analyzed. Not all mold and

bacteria is black!

The capsule is the body's way of walling off self from

non-self. I'm sure your body is going to be happy to

be through fighting off those toxic bags!

Take especially good care of yourself. Drink plenty of

water . . . very important right now! And enjoy Dallas

if you have time! . . .

Hugs and prayers,

Rogene
