Hi Cola,

It seems that both of us will be ready to post around the same time. It

would be great to have more after--or meanwhile--pictures online! June 1st

is my big day. So I will be working hard toward that great day! Now,

regarding the sweets. I know sugar is my vice. I just crave for it. I eat

plenty of fruit to help stifle this craving. But I drink 4 to 6 cups of

coffee everyday and I always load up on the sugar and cream. If I just stop

drinking coffee, I would probably lose close to 2 pounds a week! LOL! Maybe

the day will come. Meanwhile I have cut down on the sugar I take in my

coffee. So that is a start.

I used to put sugar in my coffee too, but slowly eliminated it. You really

never een notice! You could just start w/ like 1/8 tsp a week or something. It

really is an easy way to kick a habit!!

that the rest will follow along sooner or later... if you really want it to.

noone has to be perfect and heck if some sugar gets you through the day and

NO! It's fabulous!! It has NO aftertaste at all. I love it so much I could

marry it...LOL. It's actually derived from sugar and isn't linked to any

kinds of cancers like the other sweeteners. You can even bake with it!!! My

only complaint is that it is a few dollars more than equal. It is a bit

pricey, but I think worth it :)

:) who still owes you a bible study and will send a few packets of

splenda along with it, lol!

Thanks Darcy,

I will try that. When I reduced my sugars from 7 packets to 5, I could not tell

the difference. Maybe, I will try to slide it down to 4 this week. The only

thing is, I use one packet of Equal also and I cannot taste the Equal. But, if

I keep reducing my sugars eventually, I will probably start tasting the Equal.

ugh! ! ! I still think it will be worth the try. Thanks again Darcy. I will

let you know how it goes.

! ! I am down from 7 sugars! It's great. I cannot tell any difference in my

coffee.
