health care reimbursement accounts

Anyone else being tortured by HRA's?  Patients lose the receipts I give them, then the companies (Conexis seems particularly bad right now) deny some of the claims for unknown reasons.  The deadline for 2009 is April 15, so this is a hot topic this week for patients that have these accounts. 

 

I'm on hold with Conexis now to try to get advice on what exactly they want.   I'll let you know if I learn anything, but I was wondering if anyone else had better luck than me....
