The 'tea', I think, is more like a strong extract, and as such is simply too strong for direct intake. So I diluted it, and added my teaspoon of clay - stirred like mad - drank it down before the clay could fall out of it...and it was nicely refreshing that way, with no strong after-taste as well. I also suspect that as I become used to it I'll be able to use it stronger too, but I ain't rushing THAT !!!
