Guest guest
Hi Janie, My intention is to bug him for the Armour for NAthan as I woud like to avoid any iisues from the synthetic. I get the palps every time he ups my T4. Cna't stand it really. As far as me, the appt. was for my son and me questioing him about my labs was last minute so getting out of there with a script for the T3 was pure luck!!! He is very concerned about my heart palps but so far after one dose of the T3 I have had no problems at all. We shall see. I do agee that my T3 needs to be on the higher end as I still am very cold sensitive, low body temp., constipation, depression big time. My pms is coming on now so I feel the depression coming on with it. I so hate being a woman some times!!!! Have a good night!!! :-)
Guest guest
Hi , A few months back, my PA dropped my dose of Armour (from 1 grain to 1/2 grain) because she was convinced by my lab work that I was hyper - I was not hyper by a long shot - I was actually hypo (she didn't even bother asking ME how I was feeling). Anyway, I had the worst PMS ever. So, I upped my dose of Armour on my own. I'm now taking 1 1/2 grains (90 mg) each day - I take 30 mg three times a day (sublingually) and I feel absolutely wonderful. No more PMS, no more feeling so tired by the end of the day that I just had to go home and take a nap, no more feeling cold and, best of all, no more feeling irritable - this was the worst for me by far. Guest guest
Zina, I am at least going to give the T3 a shot for now as my main goal is my son at present. I do get such severe PMS and was diagnosed with severe PMS at 18!!!! I am 35 now and have been suffering for ages. I have now been taking VITEX which is an all natural homone balancer and that has helped tremondously but not a cure and the EPO too gets rid of the sore boobs.LOL!!!! I have been taking that in large doses for years. I would be interested in what was said about it that was negative, I'm still walking!!!! Any way, I will be switching to the Armour asap and will be looking forward to the no pms, at least I am praying that ends!!! It will be interesting to see if the T3 even helps me with that now that I am taking it!!! :-)
Guest guest
Do you happen to do a lot of caffeine? One of the most pronounced things I noticed when I finally got myself weaned off of caffeine is that I didn't get sore breasts anymore just before my period started... Guest guest
Topper, CAffiene is my only major vice (besides being a bitch!!!) I have cut my self doen to only drinking it in the AM but stopping all together is very hard for me, concidering also decaf still has small amounts of it in it. I am trying but not doing well with it I guess. I drank some MATE' tea yesterday and it practically put me to sleep I was so exhausted!!! Oh well. I know it too has caffiene. Guest guest
, Okay.. that is one thing you may want to think a wee bit harder about... I was a 24 can a day Mountain Dew drinker.. after finding out what it was doing to me I pretty much quit cold turkey.. a few years later I started getting back into it.. simply because I love Mountain Dew so much.. then the decaf came out and I weaned myself off the caffeine again.... then they only did the decaf Dew in cans and I couldn't afford it any more... 2 liter bottles are a lot cheaper.... a few years went by and back into the Dew.... I quit again 3 years ago.. haven't gone back on.. just an occasional taste now and then other wise I stick to things with no caffeine.. just what comes in chocolate... and I do my chocolate via cocoa powder in my baking... If you can get through that first week.. the withdrawal headaches.. the rest is a breeze.. I think the easiest way is to wean way down.... until you can get by on 'hit' every second or third day.. then stop.... it's less harsh to the system. The headaches are less severe..... Just something to consider... On Sun, 01 Jun 2003 13:56:37 -0000 " hiddenwell " writes: > Topper, > CAffiene is my only major vice (besides being a bitch!!!) Guest guest
> > Okay.. that is one thing you may want to think a wee bit harder about... I know, I know!!!!! I do know this, I can not do the headaches. They are soooo severe by the afternoon my head pounds. It is like a migraine and advil doesn't do much for it. My face even turns red and hot. They are really bad to say the least. I will have to wean myself like I did smoking or maybe just go to one small cup a day. Is decaf ok where it still has small amounts ?? I don't do caffiene in the soda as is very sensitive to it for some reason. He gets an upset stomach from Coke which should be helping that!!! I just assume it is the caffiene. :-)
