ARES, home sleep apnea testing.

Does any one have any experience with the ARES unicorder for home testing of sleep apnea? Of course the Rep thinks it's the best thing since sliced bread. A more objective opinion from anyone who has used it, compared to PSG testing would be appreciated. I send at least 2 people a wk for sleep apnea testing, and it seems I must miss alot, because they are all positive, or maybe the sleep centers just dx everyone.
