Wow Kim,

You have a lot of responsibilities, but it sounds like you are

handling them so well! Hopefully the plans with your kids helping

out is working, I understand feeling overwhelmed, I was extremely

sensitive and called up my friend bawling too just about everything,

(i think the painkillers made me a little too sensitive). I had

just general acheness not towards the upper portion like you, but I

was in real pain for about 3 days and then after that I felt just

random aches or slight jabs of pain, it got worse with the more

physical activity I did (no matter how minor that activity may have

seemed). I had my surgery on Monday June 6th, and on Saturday the

11th I thought it would be a good idea to go out to be social for a

couple hours, I had a few drinks, and I wore a regular bra, slightly

push up but nothing I thought would bother me. I'm not sure if that

what was what brought it on, (so stupid for having a couple drinks

because that probably made the blood still left from the surgery in

breasts under the muscle thin and then spread out and swell up my

breasts more, or it could of been that and the bra that bothered

it, but I would definitly not wear a bra until at least 2 weeks if I

were you. I also had someone write me who wore a regular bra with

an underwire after I think it was a week who aggrivated her breasts

as well as pulled out a stitch. Try to just wear sports bras, if

you are dressing up, what I would wear is something like a sports

bra (padded if you don't want people to notice the size difference),

with a tank top and a button up shirt over it buttoned half way, so

no one can notice the sports bra and you can put some padding in it

so it looks just like a regular bra. I even slept and still am

sleeping with the sports bra (at first it was uncomfortable because

i sleep in lose clothes but i'm really used to it and it doesn't

bother me at night) My right breast has gone down and he thinks it

is about 90% like what the end product will look like, except a

little of the awkward shapeness will fluff out a bit. I am so

satisfied, I would compare them to Gwenyth Paltrow's breasts, which

I used to think of as small but now I think of as ellegant and so

natural looking. I think wearing the sports bra has really helped

it heal so the skin can tighten up in it's crutial time right after

the implants are removed and the pockets inside need to be tightened

and squeezed together by the sports bra to have the least flabby

skin as possible. So my advice is wear the sports bra, if in a

week you don't feel much soreness at all wear a bra but not one with

a tight underwire. If I could do it over again I would wear the

sports bra for at least 2 weeks 24 hours a day, except maybe a

little break after showering, and if you don't wear it during the

day because yuo need to wear outfits with a regular bra I would wear

it for the support during healing at night. I was told it is good

to start funal defense A.S.A.P., but don't start until you don't

feel bad anymore, so maybe wait at least a few days to a week

because some women's symptoms that led them to get explanted got

worse when they started taking it because it is fighting another

battle, so maybe let your body rest a couple days. Then after about

two weeks after starting fungal defense, I was told Primal Defense

is best to start taking by Garden of Life, or a similar product that

restores good bacteria that can continue the fight to recovery. If

you have any more questions feel free to ask me, I'll check daily

for you until Saturday I am going on a trip for a couple days, so in

the meantime let me know if you have any other questions no matter

how trivial they seem, I have the free time and I understand what

it's like to not know what type of desicions to make in these

situations. Take it easy, and let your kids help you out!
