Dearest Rogene:

Thank you for this information....it is great. Dr. Blais told me that the

cure for platinum poisoning would be to hard on my system! I will ask him

why. Dr Lykissa told me to take this drug, but now I'm afraid. My daughters

brother-in-law owns several health food stores here and he wanted me to take

this drug plus he wanted to start me on some oils! I have not spoken to him

again about this. He is a darling, but we are different than other people.

He knows all the breast implant issue and is helping many women. We might

see him today after I see my doctor.

Dr. Zuckerman is our HERO....she has taken one BIG step....bless her heart.

Love you....Lea

I had a great deal of platinum in my system, and a general detox for 4

years did clear it out without doing drastic measures.

Lynda, Are you saying that Nac is a drastic measure? Do you remember what your level was? I am still trying to get info on this. For some odd reason I didn't expect my son's levels to come in so high. I know this doesn't make sense because he has all the indications of platinum including the vision problems. This has truly taken over my life and to make matters worse he is a teenager which makes it all that more difficult. Love, Anita N-acetyl-L-cysteine>>> > N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine> > (a.k.a. Lynda,

I'm grinning . . . Most women would call the diet you

Thank you, Lynda:

How would I detox, it seems a bit late for me? Any ideas? I'm sure our

Rogene has some good detox ideas, but it might kill me.

Drastic enough to save my life, as three doctors thought I would not live

through '93.

Everyone has to do their own thing, but what I did was avoid many things,

like all sugars and white starches, all dairy, all red meat, ate organic

vegetables, free range chicken and turkey, deep ocean fish, organic grains

(cooked from scratch) and drank tons of pure osmosis filtered water. I

also took a lot of natural supplements, as we do not absorb nutrients.

I don't remember what the level was, but my implant has a serious rupture,

was full of platinum, and the stuff was left in my chest.

I was one sick woman. And I am a lot better because I avoided doctors and

detoxed. I did go to a Naturopath.

It was a combination of research and my Naturopath, who did support the

diet 100%.

Honey, we do all this except for the milk, I love my milk. We buy

acidophilus milk and I take the tablets as well. The water is a problem;

however, my doctor/friend is working at getting me proper water. We grow our

own veggies, no chemicals and we do not use any weed killers. The neighbours

think that we are mad because we have dandelions(dent de lion) growing in

our lawn...I just pick them.

The next step for me is to take some lessons on detoxing from you ladies.

Thank you so much....love you....Lea

Lea,

It's never too late to detox. . . Just pick one that

you think you can handle and ease into it. It doesn't

have to be drastic!

Changing diet . . . like removing sugar, refined

grains, processed foods is a good starting place.

The baths . . . Epsom, hydrogen peroxide and clay

baths can be very gentle detoxes too.

I believe that we have a " knowing " when something is

what we need or don't need when we ask God to take

charge of our health.

Love,

Rogene

Hi Lea,

What type of acidophilus do you take? It is it refrigerated?

Kenda

Honey, we do all this except for the milk, I love my milk. We buy

acidophilus milk and I take the tablets as well. The water is a problem;

however, my doctor/friend is working at getting me proper water. We grow our

own veggies, no chemicals and we do not use any weed killers. The neighbours

think that we are mad because we have dandelions(dent de lion) growing in

our lawn...I just pick them.

The next step for me is to take some lessons on detoxing from you ladies.

Thank you so much....love you....Lea

Dearest Rogene:

We will start to work at detoxing, I will need some help. I have several

bottles of peroxide and a big bag of Epsom salts. In my case we will have to

work with my doctor. The NAC is something that I'm a bit afraid to try, but

will check this with Dr. Blais and my doctor. Dr. Blais knows Dr. Lykissa

and they are friends.

Thank you for helping...love you....Lea

Hi Lea,

Why are you afraid of the NAC? Were you advised against taking it? Also, be very careful with your baths and start out with just a little at a time. When I was at my most toxic, I had terrible herx reactions to epsom and apple cider baths.

Basically my diet was an avoidance diet. Avoid all sugars and white

starches, all dairy, all red meat, all tomatoes, peppers, avocados, all

organic and free range, lots of pure water. No juice except vegetable, and

organic. And not much of that, except for vegetable. Natural sugars also

increase fungal problems. Lots and lots of pure water. Organic grains,

deep ocean fish.

As clean a diet as one can find.

Nutrients are harder, as they have to be specific to the person. I could

not take a multi-vitamin, as I had some heavy metal poisoning, including

platinum. So I had to take vitamins with no metals, or I just got worse.

Since we do not absorb vitamins well, I took lots of them to increase

absorption.

It was basically an avoidance diet, avoid anything that would increase the

toxic load on my body. That means also avoiding all household cleansers

that are toxic and cleaning with things like Simple Green, etc.
