GOOD EVENING EVERYONE,

JUST THOUGHT I WOULD LET YOU KNOW KIM FINALLY WENT TO THE ER LAST

NIGHT. HER NECK WAS SWOLLEN AND SHE WAS IN SEVERE PAIN, TO THE

POINT OF NAUSEA. GOT NO PAIN PILL, IMAGINE THAT, BUT GOT THE

BASELINE XRAY SHE WANTED HER DR TO ORDER FOR HER. THANKFULLY, IT

WAS NEG.

THE ER DR TREATED HER WITH SOME DIGNITY AND GAVE HER FLEXIRIL FOR

THE MUSCLE SPAMS.

JUST THOUGHT YOU ALL WOULD WANT TO KNOW SO YOU COULD SEND HER WELL-

WISHES.

AS FOR ME, IT HAS BEEN A FAIRLY GOOD WEEKEND. P=7, WHICH IS REALLY

GOOD FOR ME, SO CANNOT COMPLAIN.

HOPE YOU ALL HAD GOOD WEEKEND, AS FREE FROM PAIN AS POSSIBLE.

CYBER HUGGS TO ALL, AND REAL PRAYERS ALSO.

LOVE, SHIRLEY

Kim,

If you can manage, try to cut out all the artificial,

manipulated, processed foods. . . Your body will thank

you!

It's really tough to do! Old habits die hard! But if

you'll take one food at a time, you'll be surprised

how much your diet will have changed a year from now.

Cutting out sugar is one of the toughest because the

fungal organisms make you crave it. But, once you get

the fungal organisms under control, you'll be amazed

at how your desire for sweets will diminish!

Right now, just cutting down on them is like being an

alcoholic and just having a little drink now and then.

Or quitting smoking, but having a cigarette

occasionally. It just doesn't work!

Eventually you'll be able to eat sweets again, but you

won't care for them!

Hugs,

Rogene
