Guest guest Posted June 29, 2005 Report Share Posted June 29, 2005 Hey Beth, not trying to butt in but just a word of caution about adding sleep aid supplements to Klonopin. Klonopin is an antianxiety as well as anti-seizure medication. It's also used to help with muscle twitches. If you are considering adding anything which will act as sleep aids, please check with your pharmacist or doctor about possible side effects. For example, 5htp or St. 's Wort should not be taken with SSRIs without medical supervision, etc, because it can cause serotonin syndrome. I'll send prayers for good sleep to you. hugs, Beth L.
