It was such a wonderful thing to actually feel a full head of hair when I rinse my hair in the shower. That is where I really noticed that it has grown back. Except when you look around the bathroom, its everywhere, and its hard to get up too, just when I think I've dehaired (is that a word??) bam there's more. Of course, your protein consumption is also important, a minimum of 60-70g per day. Regarding your drain - I cut my hair shorter - it makes a smaller clump!! LOL!!
