Guest guest Posted February 4, 2003 Report Share Posted February 4, 2003 I've been doing the Tae-Bo Total Advanced tapes this week. I've not done them before. So yesterday I plus in #3 and workout. Pretty good workout. So today I pop in #4 and it's the same workout as #3! Was there an different workout for #4? What should I do?
