Guest guest
; If you go to legal Zoom you can start a Non Profit and set it up as a 501 b3 and the money from the book is as a donation and not taxed , and the your Non Profit can send all the money to the foundation. You will be able to accept donations to your Non Profit.  I am not a legal expert but I have set up a LLC for my son's business all by my self. I menton Legal Zoom because it is so much easier. There are fees and If you let us know the total fees I will help contribute some money and I am sure some others on the group would also . A 501 b3 has a lot of paper work to it. Also you might want to get someone from a member of this  Foundation to help with your questions. Publishing ; look into DoubleDay and Google other's and call the . Hope this help's. Bob Himes- I wish to donate 100% of the Net Profit to our group. How can I do that and have it be tax deductible? One individual on the Facebook website had a question about that. I believe that if I dedicate the book to the organization and they sell it that they can sew teh financial benefits of the book. Either way I am giving it to you.
