Guest guest
Helen, I use Ultimate Meal and just checked it. It has 20 mgs CoQ10/servings. Langsjoen said his average patient is on 240mgs. In his practice he uses between 100-300 mgs. You also need to take it with fat to help it absorb and if your digestive tract is compromised (mine is) the absorption may not be that great. Guest guest
Thanks, Lynn: I also take an adrenal support supplement from the CFIDS Buyers Club that has 30 mg CoQ10 in it, but still short of the mark. Sigh. I spend so much money on supplements and rattle when I walk! Helen > > > Helen, > > I use Ultimate Meal and just checked it.
