Its 4.30 am, I am sitting in an empty house after just waving my family off on holiday, this illness stinks because of this poison sh*t I am alone for the first time.I would have loved to have gone with my boys but I am not well enough and why should they have to sit at home because of me their sick mum, it broke my heart saying goodbye this morning, it kind of brings the reality of what this has done to our family right to you.

I just wanted to say that you are not alone. We are here to listen

if you need us. Perhaps you can use this alone time to just rest,

take good care of yourself and renew your spirit in whatever way is
