Guest guest
Hi Kim, I'm really glad to hear you are feeling better and you aren't too stressed at home. I am really lucky because I took could take off from from working until July so I had and still have plenty of time to just relax. I'm lucky I have this long break in my schedule because I think I was about to really have a breakdown before my surgeryr. If I were you I'd try to go back next Thursday instead of Tuesday, but when you go back either day I would suggest telling your coworkers that you hurt your back or something like that and your chiropracter said take it easy so they will know you can't lift heavy things for about a week. I wore a tight sports bra that fit my implkanted breasts and my breasts pretty tightly until most my swelling went down and now that they aren't swollen the bras been not too tight for a couple days so I think I'm going to target after this to get a new smaller one. Don't wear one that's too tight if it hurts. When you say you look through magazines at pictures let me just tell you yes. It's the second thing I look at after their face with every celebrity, and I think a lot of women who never even have had issues with their breasts still do that. But when I do that I'm not judging just curious to see who has them, and when I know or think someone does it makes me realize that some of them may not be leading the glamerous life they are if they start developing symptoms like us. I'm happy for girls with natrually beautiful breasts. But no, I don't envy big boobs anymore, I wish mine were a little bigger but then again I wish a lot of things. I can't believe I made breasts such an issue in my life I actually got fake ones! That's so strange to think about now how I cared enough to do that. Take it easy, rent some movies, that's been going well for me. I'll talk to you soon! -Lo > Hey Lo! Thanks for all your great advice.Day four today. I have the > occasional jabbing and achy pains. Guest guest
Hi Kim! I'm glad you are still being careful. I am experiencing way less twitches though when i get stressed or am really tired I may have a few in my legs or butt, but way less. How is your joint and muscle pain doing? I feel like it is less frequently occuring but when it's bothering me it's still pretty bad pain, especially in my hands. It almost feels like the symptoms *such as the muscle twitching and shaking) are slowly reversing since those were the most recent and hopefully it will regress so much I won't have the joint pain (esp in my hands) which was my first symptom. I feel it will take a few more months for us both to recover more fully but I have faith for both of us, since so many women have gotten so much better with the same fibromyalgia symptoms. I think your brain is the most sensitive body part affected in this situation and will take probably the longest to heal, but I think it will. I had a bad head injury as a girl and I had headaches and weird feelings but those totally disappeared about a year after the injury, until of course my implants, but luckily i haven't had trouble with sleep. Take it easy and i'll takl to you later! -Lo > Hey Lo! I'm so glad to hear you are doing well! Did you say all your > twitches are gone? I still have them going on in my calves.
