When and how to take NADH ?

Hi,

I am giving NADH to my boy now and I read on a site that it should be given on a

empty stomach, half hour before you give other supplements or food ? Another

site says you can it give it together with another supplement. Now I am bit

confused, what should I do best ?

Any progress or comment from people who have using NADH in the post, would be

very much appreciated.

Ann,

I used to give my son oral NADH first thing in the morning with empty stomach. About a month ago, I changed to give him NADH injection at night. I feel that the shot works more effectively than the oral form.
