I can’t answer questions about what is and has taken because I am unfamiliar with them. I would assume that the progesterone would still be synthetic, the base in which it is carried wouldn’t change that. I take Progone B progesterone and do well on it. I know when my progesterone is very high, I have heavy cramping.
