Kathie,

Dr. Blais in Canada can tell you what the brand of

your implants are after they are removed. Each

manufacturer had their own markings or identifable

differences.

Whether or not you will qualify for any kind of

settlement will depend on the type of implant you

have.

I have just found out from the partner of the ps that put my

implants in that he would bet my implants are Surgitek, would that be

one of the covered ones that I would get the $3000 from? TIA,
