Hey Beth,

I am glad to hear that your crp is coming down. That is good news!

The blood sugar level isn't where you want it but it isn't horrible

either. By some standards it could be considered prediabetic. Dr.

Mercola's website say that doctors now like to see the fasting blood

sugar under 90. I would say that with healthy lifestyle and proper

eating habits your blood sugar will be ok. Cut out grains and

starches as they really cause fluctuations in blood sugar--also

sugar which is obvious!! Also exercise is very good for keeping

blood sugar under control. I have also read more than once now that

cinnamon is good for helping maintain normal blood sugar. It sounds

like your on the right track with what you are doing to get back to

health.

Hugs, kathy

He told me everything was normal and I asked for a copy of all of

the results. I simply don't believe what doctors tell me anymore.

Pretty sad!

glucose was high. The range is 65-99 and I was at 101. It clearly

flagged as high on the report but my doctor didn't mention this.

When I looked it up, it is an indicator of diabetes. Anyone out

there know if just being over two points is something I should be

worried about?

After explant it has lowered quite a bit but is still high at .94.

According to the doctor it is low.

already??? The only thing I can say about him is that he believes

that breast implants definitely cause illness. Also, he has a

patient with titanium that is very ill with it. This is the same

thing that my next door neighbor is having problems with.

Protein. That is why I put her name in the subject also. My brain

is going and I just can't remember names anymore. I know that it

was either Joanne or Jeanne. I feel like an idiot and it has gotten

worse since I started to detox!
