Hi Stacie,

There are several different good bacterias in our bodies. My acidophilus is too high in relation to the others. When I first started taking the acidophilus I took, I also got indigestion. It’s the die-off causing you to become sick.

A couple of days ago I wrote the ingredients of the probiotic I take. How does Primal Defense compare? I’d be curious to know since both are well touted. I’d like to be taking the best one! :)

Thank you, Rogene. Sorry, I had forgotten that you weren’t home.

I checked out a website that listed the Primal Defense ingredients. They are totally different than what I am taking. The probiotic that I am taking is much, much stronger but it does not have the other ingredients that Primal Defense has.

Kenda

I'm traveling and don't have Primal Defense with me.

This is what www.appleadayandbeyond.com says about

Primal Defense:

Primal Defense

The only whole food probiotic blend containing 14

species of Homeostatic Soil Organism˙ blends (HSOs)

HSOs are scientifically proven to attack yeast, fungi

and parasites in the gut to help establish good

digestive health

Contains more than 100 naturally occurring vitamins,

minerals and live enzymes

Used by more than 3,500 healthcare practitioners

Requires no refrigeration

Primal Defense supplement is the only probiotic

formula designed to optimize the digestive, bowel and

immune systems with a unique whole food Homeostatic

Soil Organism(HSO) blend. The HSOs in Primal Defense

give you the powerful nutrients you would get if your

food came from soil untouched by pesticides,

herbicides and other widely used chemicals. To

replenish the valuable nutrients our modern diet no

longer provides, Primal Defense includes 14 species of

hardy, non-dairy HSOs. For even greater efficacy,

these HSOs are grown in a base of nutrient-rich

Superfoods, providing more than 100 naturally

occurring live enzymes, vitamins, minerals, amino

acids, antioxidants, chlorophyllins and plant

saponins.

Much more than a defense, the HSO blend in Primal

Defense literally attacks the harmful pathogens in the

intestines to eliminate populations of yeast,

parasites and bad bacteria. Unlike other probiotics,

the HSOs in Primal Defense supplements can thrive in

the toughest digestive environments and are undeterred

by temperature, stomach acid, chlorine, fluorine,

ascorbic acid or bile.

Whether you suffer from severe digestive disorders or

are in perfect health, let the powerful HSOs in Primal

Defense take you to a new level of total health.

Primal Defense supplements come in two easy-to-use

forms: Powder and UltraZorbe˙ caplets.
