Hey kathy,

I took the primal defense for 3 months 1 pill a day then I went off of it

for about a month and have started back with just the one pill a day. I

think your right it is just a herx. How many do you take? I would like to

eventually work up to the 3 a day. It also seems like it makes my joints

ache. The weakness seems to be mostly in my legs.
