Guest guest Posted May 10, 2011 Report Share Posted May 10, 2011 Hi Marty and , this may have no connection, but when I had my first heart attack,the only pain I had was in my collar bone and jaw on my left side, and it felt like I had a pill stuck in my throat (there wasn't) The next thing that happened was my right vocal chord was paralyzed for about three weeks! All this happened in 07 and 08. Since that heart attack I have food go down the wrong tube on a daily basis.I can always cough it up, but that's another problem,since the attack I have a very weird cough, if I didn't know better I would think I had whooping cough,very deep and almost a barking sound.
