Guest guest
I managed to make exercise a priority today for the first time in a long time. I came home for lunch and was just about to sit down at the computer and check my email but instead I told myself to get upstairs get changed and go work out. I was a little sore from yesterday's workout so I decided to ride the bike for 20 minutes instead, it turned out to be 25 which is a bonus. A friend came in and visited for a bit while I was riding and I lost track of time! Once I got off the bike he asked " Can you get any thinner? " It really surprised me, I don't think of myself as being thin. I can't wait to take all my measurements and calculate my body fat on Sunday. It's hard to believe its been a month already! Instead, prepare yourself in every way you can by increasing your knowledge and adding to your experience, so that you can make the most of opportunity when it occurs. Identifying the specific things that lead to failure in relation to the goals you have defined allows you to then define corrective measures. So now that you know what you are doing wrong, perhaps you can write this list and let us know what the changes will need to be in order to get yourself on the right track. The you can set a day/time you will implement those new behaviors.
