Guest guest
Have gotten into a Vit D kick recently. Here in Rochester we have limited UVB rays from Oct to April, and folks only get a little midday-ish sun the other months anyway. Have been amazed at how low some patients vit D levels are with numbers as low as: 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, 14. All but the level of 4 have had a few people. Anyway, now I wonder about kids. Have folks been checking and treating kids? I know some of you are ahead of the curves on some issues. So I'm hoping for practical pointers and perspectives.
