Guest guest
Hi! It will be a week tomorrow since explant surgery. It feels weird when I take off my sports bra to shower. Like a slooshy feeling? I suppose because of having that big implant, its like a whole left over. When does that feeling go away and they really start to feel like your own? They still ache with little stabbing pains. Did anyone have an internal lift? I supposedly did but they kind of slope. I know I just have to be patient. I started a gentle cleaning yesterday called Cleanse smart-first cleanse, by renew-life. I also ordered primaldefense, the vitamins, and something else I can't remember. Anyone ever use bee pollen? I sprinkled some on my oatmeal yesterday and I swear I had so much energy and in a really good mood. I guess its loaded with protein, enzymes, vitamins and minerals! Anyway , just wanted to check in and say hi! Stay Well, Kim
Guest guest
Kim, You can expect some sensations for some time. Don't worry about them. You're still in the very early stages of healing. The slooshy feeling should get better as the internal scar tissue forms and as you fluff. - Keep wearing that sports bra! There may be a some sagging left, but since you had an internal lift, that should be minimal. . . . Actually, the " natural " look for an adult woman usually includes a little sagging. It sounds like you're off to a great start. I've heard great reports on bee pollen just like you've experienced! I've never tried it, but I need to! Hugs and prayers, Rogene
Guest guest
Kim It sounds like you are coming along nicely! I don't understand the swhoosy feeling you are talking about. CAn you explain it a little more? I haven't tried bee pollen except for trace amounts in my honey but I have heard good things about it. Glad to hear that you are doing a gentle cleanse!
