Hi Beth,

I never heard of Inositol powder. Something I definitely want to look into! I have difficulty absorbing vitamin B12. Would you happen to know if someone that has difficulting absorbing B12 would have the same problem with this???

Also, it takes a horse tranquilizer to knock me out. What would you compare this Inositol powder to? Is if very mild or pretty potent?

Maybe I just need to wean myself off of the klonipin and starting taking all natural herbs. That would be wonderful. I've been taking meds for so many years that my liver must be really contaminated!

Hi Beth,I took Klonopin several years ago for a postpartum anxiety disorder. I took a very small dose, but found it very effective. It is also used to treat muscle twitches or fasciculations. I know we need to be on as few prescription meds as possible, but sometimes this doesn't always work out. I will pray that your sleep will improve.I am taking Inositol powder, which is a very interesting vitamin, in the B family. It is in the silicone protocol, and helps convert silicone to silica, so the body can eliminate it. It is also very calming and has been successfully used in small studies in Israel to treat depression, anxiety and OCD. hugs,Beth L.Opinions expressed are NOT meant to take the place of advice given by licensed health care

Beth S.,

I mix the powder in orange juice. I am taking it because it does

help convert silicone into silica. I will warn you, it does cause

gas and some people can't tolerate it, so you have to start slowly.

I think 3 grams of powder are recommended for the removal. You can

check plastikos.com for the silicone protocol. Inositol is in the

vitamin B family. I take around 6 grams, I find it to be very

calming, but is probably not for sleep, etc.

hugs,

Beth L.
