Guest guest
Hey this is weird. Last night I started with bad shoulder pain and stiff neck. I have been atrributing it to playing outside with my daughter two days ago and I know I was a little more rough on myself than was good for me. Anyway, I did realize something weird. Last Sept, when I was dx'ed hypo, it was because of the exact symptoms I am having now. Shoulder pain, stiff neck, I cannot tell if my lymph nodes on my right clavical are swolen or if it is because the stiff muscles are pushing on them and I am skinny enough to feel them, but I can feel them, my fibrocysts are bugging me mid month like they did back then. Swolen glands without virus or infection are an adrenal symptom-I don't know the mechanism as to why. Fibrocysts are hypo/female stuff, right? Muscle problems are both hypo and adrenals....and of course I have the raidculitis so anything that upsets my neck hurts everywhere, but man I feel like I did in sept...maybe if I do not et a call from dr Ruth tomorrow I should bring up my armour anyway? Or maybe I should wait to get my adrenals results and call until I get her??? another comment about armour, which i have noticed and is kinds strange. I do feel better on it, no doubt. However... I take my first dose in the morning and feel good until I eat lunch. I start to slow down after that lately. sometimes food makes me sleepy, lately it has to do with hurting after I eat thnaks to what I did to myself last week. I eat at noon. At about 1 pm, I take the rest of my dose (3/4 of a 1/4 grain 2x a day I am still on) but about an hour later feel utterly exhausted. Now, after an hour after the morning pill, I have some energy and am in a good mood. After the afternoon one i get tired and fatiuged. Is it just that I am getting tired anyway because of being badlytreated for this for a while and my other issues...OR am I doing somehting wrong? Is it telling me it is time to go up to 1/2 grain?
