Hi Kathy,

No, I'm not sweating normally. I suffer terribly in the summer because everything just swells up like my feet and hands but no sweat. When I first started to blow up the doctor just told me that it was due to weight gain. I have always been very thin. When I became ill I was 145 pounds which is pretty thin since I'm 5' 8". I ballooned to 218 within 6 months. I was gaining 10 pounds a month. The doctor told me that it was because I was sleeping so much. Bull! I never had a weight problem until I got the implants. Before the implants, I weighed 120. Within 2 months of getting the damn things, I gained 15 pounds. Then another 10 about a year before getting really sick. Then when I was too sick to work the weight was piling on. Everyone said that I looked bloated.

I had the urine test but that was about 3 years ago. It supposedly showed up normal.

I use a sauna but suffer for a few days after because my feet swell up and I don't feel better until they start to sweat which is about 24 hours later. mikat828 <mikat828@...> wrote:

Bethyou are right. It is not normal to have swelling like that. Have you had any tests run? I think you should at least get a full panel blood test including urine testing for protein, etc. The blood test will do enzymes for kidneys like creatinine and bun. You might also want to run ANA tests for autoimmune conditions. Are you detoxing? Juicing? Using a sauna? Are you able to sweat ok? Hopefully as you detox and eat healthy and juice, this problem will improve. hugskathy> ,> > I am also puffed up. I call myself the pillsbury dough girl! :) Since my explant, I lost a bit of it but not all. When I exert myself,

my body starts to puff up again. One day, I was fixing a lamp and I felt that my bra was becoming tighter and tighter. I had to take it off, it started to cut into my skin. My wrists blow up along with my hands, face, feet and abdomen. Every doctor I've seen said that it is just weight gain. Weight gain doesn't come and go like that. > > So, I was wondering if there was a specific test you had for your kidneys. I had blood work and an ultrasound and everything checked out but I don't believe it.> > Sorry you didn't get to see the show.
