Guest guest
actually in my family neither my Mother or my Sister would tell me about their experiences with menopause. S I had to wing it and thank goodness for great books and the internet and all of these groups. That is how I learned everything and I am stil learning more each day. I have never been a hairy person. But noticed when I took testerone more hair would appear. From my reading you get hairy when your hormones are not in balance. In other words you have too much testerone compared to progesterone and estrogen. So the thing to do is get more estrogen and that would balance it out. You can start with low doses and only the safe estrogen at first estriol and then add estradiol. That should help. Try compounding or natural estrogen like the Vivelle Patch. These are good sources. That would take care of the hairyness and don't add DHEA or any testerone.
