Since I'm from Philly I'll have to contribute Philly Cheese Steaks with fried

onions.

For those of you who have never had them - it is paper thin slices of steak

which are fried and served  on a long italian roll with melted cheese wiz (which

becomes liquidy) and fried onions....a TRUE PHILLY Treat
