Hi Amy,

I have been having the same memory issues myself which started after my 14 days

in the hospital with my flare that I finally received my diagnosis after. I

have gone to town to do something only to forget what I went to do and had to

call home to my husband to remind me. I have gone to the bank to deposit my

husbands paycheck which is the same amount every check and I always take the

same amount of cash out but I could not subtract the numbers so while in tears I

lied and told the teller I forgot my glasses and asked her to write out the

deposit slip with what I wanted deposited. I will be telling someone something

and mid conversation forget what I was talking about. I usually say “I sorry

I hate when this happens,†and friends and family understand. I have had a CT

of the brain and it showed nothing abnormal when my memory was at its worst. It

does get better and worse at times just as my overall pain, fevers, rash, and

fatigue do so I feel it is related to stills. I was a very organized person in

a job that my decisions could be the difference between life and death and am

not able to do this job (or any job) due to the physical issues but also the

memory issues.

Hi Amy,

You have received many answers on this subject. I want to add to this for only

one reason. Something I feel is left out, I don't know if anyone has had a CT of

their head or not, this is what my Doctor did.
