Wow! :-) What an inspiring post. Thank you so much. It is awesome you

feel that way and I think I know the feeling and benefits you are talking

about. Thanks for motivating me and giving me the belief that this can be a

pernament change, something I sometimes worry about since I'm only on my

seventh week since the restart.

Best wishes,

Brag Day! ! -

Hey, Today is brag day!!!!! Everyday could be brag day with Tae Bo!

Today,--for the first time--I did Get Ripped ADVANCED!!!!! And the good thing

about it was I could do almost every exercise without walking out!! It is

amazing!!! I cannot believe I can exercise now. This idea of working out would

have so far-fetched a year ago. But now, I am working out at least five days a

week. I just ordered a new treadmill. SO I will be able to add that to my

workout! We all have to be proud of our accomplishments, no matter how great or

how small. Anytime we do Tae Bo we are taking a positive step forward in life!

! ! Congratulations everyone!!! Also, I lost an inch from my upper stomach!

Yay! Yay! Yay!!

Thank you !

I am so enthusiastic because I feel like I am in a dream world! This Tae Bo has

ignited a fire inside me that I have never experienced before. And to think,

it's a good thing! It is not a vice! Hallelujah! With Tae Bo, I can help save

lives, jumpstart old relationships, and inspire new ones! This is

soooooooooooooo gooooood ! ! ! ! ! ! And who would have thought that any

exercise routine could ignite this kind of fire. Sometimes, when I am not even

feeling my best, I do Tae Bo and I always feel better than I would if I had not.

One other remarkable thing about this is, that enthusiasm and power I receive

from doing Tae Bo is easily transferred into other areas of life. I am amazed

at what I can do now. This is almost unbelievable ! ! ! ! ! ! I will celebrate

my 8 month anniversary with Tae Bo on February 1st and it is all still like a

dream to me. Who would have thought... Who would have ever believed it...

What an awesome post !! You are sooo inspiring. Please keep up these

posts :) I totally felt lexactly like you did in my first year or so of Tae-Bo.

I think I even posted some posts just like this one :) I still do feel

absolutly wonderful about it, but the excitment part has just worn off a bit now

since it's so a part of me.

Hey there! I wanted to suggest something to you in terms of the way

you talk about your Tae Bo journey. It's just something I've noticed

when you talk about your journey with Tae Bo.....while you do talk

about positive things at times, a lot of times you will add on at the

end your fear of failing since you have 'only' been back to Tae Bo

for a certain amount of time. The only way that we will ever succeed

is if we truly believe it and see it in our minds. Every time you

say " I am worried about quitting " or " I don't know if I will ever

make this a permanent part of my lifestyle " you are setting yourself

up for failure. I know this is a difficult thing to change.....but

it really is necessary to banish those negative thoughts the minute

they come into your head. So, instead of saying 'I'm worried I'm

goiing to quit since I have only been doing Tae Bo for 7 weeks' you

could instead say something like 'I have been doing Tae Bo for 7

weeks and it has already become a habit for me. I KNOW that I will

be doing this for the rest of my life'. Even if you don't believe

that at first.....you really do have to continue to repeat it until

you do believe it! Every time you speak of quitting or every time

you say you don't believe you will achieve something...you are giving

that negativity power and you will probably ultimately end up

fulfilling the exact words that you are speaking (even if you don't

want to). Our words are incredibly powerful...that's why it's

IMPERATIVE that we speak kindly and lovingly to ourselves and truly

believe that we can accomplish our goals :) The words we say to

ourselves are what we end up becoming so you really have to think

about the things you say. I know you are just expressing a fear that

you have, but you can acknowledge the fear and let it go......and

keep repeating positively that this time you CAN and WILL succeed :)

You have been doing a great job and I am sure that Tae Bo and

exercise are becoming a permanent part of your life! And I know that

you will reach your goals :)

Thanks for the great message. I will try to put that into my mind more.

However, it is almost a strategy I use because believe me, my mind can RUN

WILD with hope & confidence. If I allow myself to start thinking about how

my TaeBo journey will continue forever, I'll start to dream more than work.

I just get carried away. So, although my heart and mind knows I will make

this change pernament, I am sometimes careful with my words because I feel

like I'm cursing myself or something by talking about the future. lol.

Maybe I follow the " expect the worst, hope for the best " method a little too

much. :-) I do that with just about everything in my life. Before a F1

race I tell myself " Kimi is going to be the first to retire from the race. "

I don't want to feel dissapointed if I get my expectations up. :-)

I will try to have my words more accuratenly say what my mind thinks. Thanks

so much for making me take a closer look at this. You're always a great

source of motivation! Thanks sooooooooooooooooooooo much!

Best wishes,
