I went to a local Lyme meeting Saturday, and Rife was the topic. I want you to know that I heard some real horror stories these people said they had or their family members had, from rifing. The problem appears to be that it causes way too much die-off in some. One person their said that she rifed for a long time and that she had no reaction because she does not have Lyme. So, only those with certain pathogens are getting very ill. So, I say all this to say, go very slow, and use lots for die-off. I have heard horror stories with antibiotics and other treatments as well. It's the amount of die-off. Die-off really should be a priority for all to keep under control. Even the tiniest amount of time spent rifing can cause severe die-off for some.

I don't think my family has Ehrlichia, but for die-off in general, we do gobs of stuff, liver support, lymph support, binders, and nerve-protectors: lithium aspartate, milk thistle, broccoli sprouts, Modifilan, Burbur, turmeric, digestive enzymes and probiotics, avoidance of all other toxins, cod liver oil, MB12, good multivitamins, Algas occasionally, and various other things here and there.

Love and prayers,

Heidi N

What helps Erlichia dieoff symptoms? Pain, irritability, and wanting to rip someones head off. I had no dieoff from Erlichia and my two "special" cases who can't tolerate hardly any supplements or treatments, got a severe response from rifing for Erlichia the day before yesterday. This could be a clue as to what is going on with them.Or for one thing, any dieoff has no where to go because their detox pathways are mostly closed.

Yes, I give them instructions to start out with five seconds and then they go and do twenty. It is very frustrating.

thanks for the tips. We should get our cowden herb six month trial soon.
