And even more response to the "Silicone Suits crawl along - Dintino

Interview":

------

Myrl,

I have a lady in my group and from the same State as I am, we have trouble

with Doctor's putting in our records just what is wrong with us as well,

they tell you one thing, but write something else down. I think they keep a

record for you, then one for themselves separate, we need to see there

copies.

The lady here has ruptured breast implant's in her medical records, this was

written when she was explanted, what else would one want for proof? Anyway

she called me last week and Dow had sent her a $5000 dollar check for

explant, but denied her ruptured. They say the saline ran out, but the

silicone didn't rupture, she had double allumin implant's. They are finding

a way to get out of paying the ruptured money any way they can.

, had sent a picture of her implant's with her claim, they went by

this, have you ever heard such a thing? Lina wanted to know if she should

cash the explant money, I told her I didn't see what she shouldn't , they

owe us this anyway, right. They give her until October to prove her

rupture, she is devastated!

Anyone else having this problem, as any one knows of?

Thanks Myrl,

Sam

Myrl, The only $300,000 I recall was in a brochure I received many years ago

when amounts were first being established. If you were an implant recipient

with no problems they were offering 5,000 and if you had a disease the

amounts ranged from 25,000 to 300,000. I doubt that any of us will even see

5,000. I filled out what was supposed to be the final papers a very long

time ago and have yet to receive any other paperwork. (I had mentor

implants).
