Wow! Resistance Training Really Helped my Tae-Bo

Hi Tae-Bo Friends,

I had a Tae-Bo workout today after a day off (but I did do resistance

training yesterday so it wasn't exactly a day off). I did the Tae-Bo Total

Basic . Volume 3. Although this tape is not very difficult it was really

really really easy for me. WHY?

I'm pretty sure it is because of the couple resistance training workouts I've

done. It was incredible. My form was the best ever and I just didn't get

tired when kicking, knee raising, etc. I wish I had been doing resistance

training longer.

If this continues...I'll have to really step up to doing advanced Tae-Bo more

often, because it was really less of a challenge. Even the lunges (and there

were a lot). I normally almost die on those, but not now! Resistance

training is great! :-) Yay! Also, my feeling right now post-workout is one

of the best it has been. Plus, my arms normally get tired pretty quickly (I

can always keep going, but they get tired), but not today! I am truly

amazed!

I feel like every week I have a big discovery in some part of my new

healthier life. I love it! Keeps me going. Thanks all for your support.

So....I'm at 27 days working out after 39 days.....28 days out of 39 if you

count my one full resistance training workout.
