Guest guest Posted January 19, 2012 Report Share Posted January 19, 2012 I been experimenting with different DMSO SOLUTIONS. Being a weight trainer I always seem to push the envelope. I still use the collagen, msm, creatine and dmso mix in the am about half an hour before daily training. I just added 1000mg vitamin c and a supplement called BONOLIVE (its suppose to help with bone growth). So far i have managed to stay around 202 lbs. I was down to 173lbs in Aug. when i started lifting again. I find that on cold or rainy days or after i had an overly macho training session i would need to rub DMSO on my achy parts. DMSO works well but sometimes I itch and turn red. Its a combination of dry skin and trying to keep the DMSO strength high. Long story short I ended up doing what the old Olympians did. I added olive oil. So now i smell like a nice salad but it seems to be working very well. My new rub mix contains green tea boiled in distilled water, msm, olive oil and DMSO. It really doesnt smell that bad. Just wanted to share. This group has been very informative and also very entertaining as of late.
