These emu are raised for their meat and oil just as cattle, pigs and other

livestock as well as plants such a corn, soybeans, etc. I agree Emu oil is a

wonderful product.

I do not know of that match the tested and proven anti-inflammatory action. Emu

oil has been proven in clinical and lab testing by standard lab models of

anti-inflammatory action.

another nod of approval here.

You shd know that there is cosmetic grade and food grade oil that is in the

marketplace. The smell of it when still golden is quite distinct, thus why they

distil further to clear for cosmetics. When I was treating autism, we used it

to help the gut heal. You had to have it golden, and rather unrefined for it to

work quickly. Usually within 1 mo of using emu oil as a condiment over the

evening meal.. 1 tbs. They cd begin to increase their food choices. When a

kid can only eat 5 things without getting sick, you have to come up w/

something. We were doing various forms of homeopathy and energy medicine too.

We tried everything else, and only this worked. They say now that Japanese Red

Pine oil works even better, but I've not seen evidence of that expensive product

doing what emu does and did. If seal oil was available, we'd have tried that

too. --tls

The good ones only come from Australia and you have a minimum order of 3

dozen wings shipped with 2 gallons of oil but the UPS charges to get

them from there to Houston ran me a little over $500 on my last order.

Noone in the US has Emu oil that has not been heated but the Australian

is the real deal and far far superior to the US.

Far better. Chicken wings just start to get good and you are out of

that wing and going for the next where you have a continually varying

taste experience. With a 12 pound emu wing, you just munch and munch

and put it in the frige so you can munch again tomorrow. When you

finally finish some, the wingsticks are large enough to carry in the

floor board of your car and no cop will call it a lethal weapon unless

you tie a leather strap to it to keep it from being taken from you in

the middle of an attempted car jacking.
