We are Nicola Quilliam and Michele Shapter,two moms of kids with autism who have benefited fromfollowing the gluten and casein free diet, inconjunction with other therapies such as ABA. We haverecently published a cookbook called A Piece of thePuzzle - A Gluten and Dairy Free Cookbook. This bookhas many recipes for all meals, all done with pictures(line drawing style, much like the Boardmaker symbols). There are lots of references for different therapiesand sources of information contained in the book,mainly for eastern Canada.
