Guest guest
Hi ladies, I am so relieved, I printed the messages you guys posted concerning leaving the implants in and my dad finally understood my concern. I panicked after reading your messages and I realized I had to get this done. We called my doctor who is an internist/rheumatologist and he called my insurance company, (Blue Cross and Blue Shield), and expressed his concern with leaving the implants in and how they were causing me to have fibromyalgia. So amazingly enough, the insurance is paying for it and my dad agreed to pay the deductable. My plastic surgeon was understanding of my concern although he did not agree with thinking it was neccessary, told me that he thought it was best I was getting the capsule out, at least for my peace of mind. I am so thankful you were all so adament about removing the capsule, becuase although I had heard you all say it was the best route to have it removied, I underestimated the importance of removing it until then and realized I HAD to remove it from your messages, and there was no choice in the matter concering my health. Unlike Liz, who had them in only for 6 months, I don't know if I would of gotten better having been sick witht hem for 2 years. The surgery is rescheled to Monday, June 6 and I can't wait. Despite they will look a little slopier than before, I could care less as long as I feel better which I'm confident I will. Love, Lo
