Are you going to try it? I found it at Rite-Aid, but couldn't spend the $20 for

it right now.

The book thingie explains the Food Pyramid and breaks down Carbs, fats,

proteins and cholesterol. Then it gives suggestions on how to break down the

food pyramid for breakfast, lunch and dinner--i.e.--like for breakfast 1

grains serving, 1 dairy serving, 1 protein serving, 1 fruit serving

(optional), coffee/tea. Then it lists the food groups, how many servings you

should have and then gives some examples and lists snack ideas. Then it

gives tips on exercising.

But it doesn't give a specific menu.

Hmmm... that's what I was going to try it for, the crave control. I already

take a One A Day Multi-Vitamin Weight control or something like that that has

green tea. What meal do you take it with? It says to take with your biggest

meal, but that would be dinner and I'm not sure that it would have any affect.

I was thinking about taking it at breakfast.

Actually I am. I figured, I paid the $20, might as well see if it works.

I'm not trying it for the weight loss aspect of it (so don't worry y'all),

but the other things as far as Crave Control. And so far it is working. I'm

feeling fuller when I eat and not being attacked by that evil sweet tooth.
