How to make the practice website show up well (easily) on Goolge? Please help

Hi I seemed to remember posted a link to help practices "bump up" on Google search by registering at a site, I am sorry I could not find that post anywhere now. Could you please kindly let me know? I was too late last year to get in the local phone book which publishes every August, nor is my number on the web yellow pages. So many of my previous patients are having trouble finding me since the old clinic pretends not knowing where I went even though I left plenty of my cards and the state medical board requires the office to release of information of the departure MD. When patients Google my name, only my info on the old clinic's website (yes, I am still on their website) , my current website www.synergyfamilymedicine.com did not show up anywhere. I use a high tech device called a "service bell" to let me know when a patient has arrived. It costs about $5-10 on Amazon and doubles as a waiting room toy for the kids. ;-) SetoSouth Pasadena, CA
