Not being a man of means has forced me to learn how to get what is needed by the

work of my own hands.

Most often this means learning how to do things, and as such I have found:

Learning is actually the greatest portion of gaining greater health.

Learning how to identify and minimize stress is a HUGELY good thing.

Learning that one of the biggest threats to health is simply toxicity also

cannot be emphasized enough.

Toxicity can be present in so many ways that it can be overwhelming to deal with

sometimes.

Living in over-crowded conditions, surrounded by people ooozing powerfully

painful psychic stuff, bad air, bad water, bad food - sometimes it seems like

the list just goes on ad-infinitum.

Now add to the above medicians who do NOT cure and pharma-stuff which is

poisonous and you see a recipe for great suffering.

My journey to greater health BEGAN with the total shunning of the medical

industry; oddly enough, MINUS their treatments and potions my body started to

heal all on it's own.

Other things which have produced highly desirable results have been:

Good quality coconut products.

Diatomaceous Earth.

Baking Soda.

Micro-current electrotherapy.

(In no particular order)

And most important to mention - silver water - which is mixed with DMSO and

applied topically, as well as being consumed throughout the days.

An offer:

I learned a method of making silver water that goes against what all the

outspoken gurus recommend.

(While they are LOUDLY insisting that you BUY their products...)

It is neither simple nor as benign as the typical 3-9V battery method, but also

produces clear, very stable & concentrated silver water.

I am willing to share what I've learned - off list - should anyone wish to

possess this knowledge.

This I offer in hopes that it may return some of the generosity the folks here

have so clearly shown towards me.

Thanks.
